Who Am I?
I'm a remote-based UX/UI Designer with experience helping companies from small startups to Fortune 5 companies in a wide variety of industries solve their most complex and meaningful problems. Having designed both enterprise and consumer-facing products in cloud-based, responsive web design, and native iOS/Android formats, I've been able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout a project's lifecycle to implement a shared desired vision.
As a former Environmental Scientist, I especially enjoy working on digital products where the goal of creating or improving user experiences goes beyond ROI, and has positive effects like minimized ecosystem damage, better human interactions, increased access to much-needed information and services, or even more time for users to dedicate to holistic efforts.

I believe that design, if overdone, and confuse and further burden users beyond their original pain points. I use the RSS Design process to pinpoint a user/group’s goals, frustrations, and motivations, and create or update a product with features and interactions that correspond to those sentiments - in a format that requires virtually no effort to comprehend.
In other words, my name is Raj Siddhartha Shah,
and my design is Really Simple and Smooth.
